I recall someone posting a few days ago that Sanjay Rathji told him to wear a Ruby for debilitated AK Sun conjunct Mercury in the 11th house, in order to benefit his *career*. It seemed to me that in that case, the conjunction principle worked - i.e. Sun was 9L in 11, and Mercury was 7 and 10L. If the conjunction principle isnt effective, then why would boosting the Sun help career? However, if you take Ruby as boosting Mercury (due to Sun's conjunction with it), then the results are clear, since Mercury is 10L. So my question is - do you disagree with that principle, and on what basis? > > 2) In general, you seem to also be saying that wearing a gem for the > lord of a house which is a maraka house for some relation (father, > mother, children, siblings etc) will not bring about any negative > karma for them. You havent answered the question - if by wearing a gem for improving one's relationship with his wife, the relationship improved, then the wife felt the results, didnt she? But she wore no gem. So what happened to her bad karma for marriage then? Or was it destined that that her bad karma was to end exactly then anyway? In which case, for relationship cases, whether a gem is going to work for one spouse can be seen by looking for changes in the *other* spouse's chart - the one that isnt going to start wearing a gem.
