Effect of Shani and Guru causing Vedha to each other in D-10

In my D-10 Moon is in Pisces. So the current transit situation looks

good as Ju is in 9th and Sa is in 6th from Moon. But Ju and Sa are

obstructing each other.

 

So does this mean that the effects of Sa and Ju are neutralized ?

 

I am running Rahu pratyantar and Rahu is transiting over A9, A10, A4

in 12th from Moon D-10. Does the transit over D-10 arudhas have any

effect ?
