Need help with birth time Rectification.

Respected Guruji's, I shall be highly obliged if somebody helps me

with birth time rectification..my known birth time is 3rd Feb 1979,

6:35am, meerut,UP..but sometime back while discussion my mother told

me that my birth time was 6am..now within this difference lagna

changes from Cap to Sagg..i've tried really hard to match events but

can't get anywhere..some imp events if that helps ..

-when i was 2 1/2 - 3 yrs old i had injury in left eye with

scissors..

In 1997 i finished my education(12th std) but could not get

> admission so got admission in 1998.
