Rahu and Ketu natural relationshup

I posted this question already but tables didn't come up

as intended, so let me repeat the question in a nicer form.

 

 

I am interested in the parampara siddhanta on

which planets Rahu and Ketu are frends, enemies and neutral with.

 

Guru Zoran Radosavljevich gives the table here.

On the other hand Guru Sanjay Rath gives different view in his paper

on Prasna for Wealth and Career.
