Atmakaraka Saturn vargottama good or bad?

pranamas to all the learned gurus on the board,

 

in my chart my Atmakaraka saturn is both retrograde and vargottama. is

this good r bad? further saturn conjunct rahu is also aspecting the

lagna lord jupiter ad 12th lord mars , does this show any shapa from

brahmin or...? is there any remedy for this like praying to the ista

devata ?

 

i am sincerely pursuing astrology as a subject from start of rahu-

jupiter dasa ..but will i be successful in pursuing the subject. ?
