Jyotish is a practical science. Jyotish should better test and find it out to get him/her convinced. My source refers to the 3 primary books of Jyotish in Oriya written by Pandit Damodar Rath or Orissa in Oriya- titled 'Jyotish Sara Sangha' published nearly 5 decades ago. In a few charts of Dr. B.V. Raman books also i found where ketu is placed in exact trine to some natal points- Dr. Raman has referred them to be weak on account of natal afflictions. Long back in the year 1999 June-Septemeber in the vedic astrology group -there was a long thread in the vedic astrology -about ketu's graha drishit. --- Similarly is the question of whether the planet has aspect to 11th house !
