Chandra the 9th lord is in this house and aspecting own house is good. However, Sani is 3rd lord and in the dharma bhava (9th house) is not good as Surya is the kaaraka and is inimical to Sani and Sani in the 9th creates doubts. Making Surya stronger is a solution. A pink ruby is recommended for female nativity to be worn in the ring finger of the right hand. Notice that Sani is co-lord of the 4th house and hence is not so malefic for Vrischika lagna nativity. Worshipping Mother is always good. Please provide full chart details for further analysis. If Saturn is to be made strong and Moon weak in this case. Pt Sanjay Rath mentions that Saturn can be made strong by Kali worship, since it is 9th house then can be in a temple. But will not Kali worship also make Moon strong too? In case where Saturn has exchange with Moon then how to remedy the situation of 3rd Lord and 9th Lord exchange, Saturn in Cancer in 9th and Moon in Capricorn in 3rd. Here is the birth data for the baby boy: September 15th 2005 , 11.10 AM in Chennai, Tamil Nadu There is Saturn in 9th and also Rahu in 5th. Mars and Rahu are aspecting 9th also. Some more there is curse involving Jupiter. This is the horoscope of a good child who will be happy and of good character, will be creative in nature, will be focussed on doing a lot of good karma, will have many friends and will be blessed with gains and filfillments of ambitions. He will do very well in studies especially after the age of 16 years. He may even go into a political/administrative field later on in life. However, as you rightly noted, Guru is conjoining a malefic and is aspected by two malefics Rahu and Sani by graha drishti. Thus Brahmin shraapa needs to be mitigated. Further, the trines are lorded by benefics but are habited by malefics indicate some obstructions in fortune and future decision making. Note that Rahu is lording 4th house and is in the 5th house. A malefic lording a kendra loses some of its maleficience but being in Guru's house and aspected by Guru mutually, still gives the effect of Guru-Chandaala yoga what causes some disruptions. He should be kept away from improper associations (friends), if any. Sani and Chandra are in parivartana but we should note that Sani is inimical to Chandra hence the exchange of effects is not full. If you so desire, Mother Kaali/Durgaa can be worshipped. However, we do not 'weaken' Chandra as Chandra is manah-kaaraka and also the kaaraka of heart. I would recommend worship of Ishtadevata who is none other than Lord MahaaVishnu. This is only appropriate for this age of child. The remedial measures for the shaapa will also have to be done when this child reaches proper age. Sani is in Badhakasthana and quite strong. I would still recommend wearing of a red ruby (because child is a boy) on the ring finger of the child or as a locket. One should use Chaturaseetika Sama Dasa to time his life events as 10th lord Sun is in own house and with kaaraka of the 10th house Budha conjoining AK.
