combustion of planets-vishtiji and learned members

om krishna guru

respected sir,

as all the panchangas shows now venus and mars is combust,

according to guruji sanjays teaching and articles venus combust only when retro,

what is the actual status and is there any differrence we should use in prashna and horoscopy as all scriptures say combust planets are bad in giving results
