Om Krishna Guru] suicide chances - To Sarjit

Dear Sarajit,

Thanks for this comprehensive ananlysis of suicidal cases. This

helped me a lot to understand such cases.

One of my friend's sister apparently committed suicide. He

suspected that it is a murder by her in-laws. He asked me to

find out if it is a case of suicide or murder by looking at her

chart. I was unable to make the distinction.

Are there specific indications which distinguish a suicide from

a murder?

|| Jaya Jagannath ||Dear Krishnamurthy,Definitely there would be differences. You can check the following for murder.1. The conditions mentioned for suicide will not be present. For example the 5th house from Lagna and Moon are strong and Lagna lord is well placed.

Dear Sarajit,

Thanks for your response.

However, I am still not clear. Why do you say that in case of

murder that " ... the conditions for suicide will not be

present... " ? Please consider a case that a girl is harrassed by

her in-laws very badly and she might not have any kind of

happiness in her life. She might even consider killing herself

to end the agony. However, the death might come to her in the

form of murder.

Under such a scenario, I guess her 4th and 5th houses might

still be badly afflicted. Is it not?

The specific case I wanted to verify is as follows:

DOB: 19-Jul-1966

TOB: 8:16 am

POB: Bangalore

Here we could see that:

- Both Lagna and Moon are in papakartari

- Lagna lord is in the 12th and 12th lord is in lagna,

indicating poor financial situation

- 5th lord is retro in 5th and aspected by Sani, Rahu, Ketu and

Mars by Rasi drishti. A real bad situation here.

- 4th house is aspected by Moon and Venus (Lords of 12th and

3rd). 4th lord Mars is in the 11th.

It appears that the conditions for suicide are looking ripe

looking at lagna, chandra and the 5th house.

There is Moon at 3rd from AL and Mars at 3rd from A7.

What would you conclude?

Dear Krishna,

Suice is no justification in any condition. If you happen to know this

girl, then help her by contacting police etc. If the lady cannot stay

with the in-laws, then she should consider moving out of the house,

that contemplating suicide. Anyway, it is all that person's karma.

Whatever is the case, a suicide is not murder.

Please re-confirm the birth data as I am not getting Lagna or Moon in

Papakartari yoga.

Dear Sarajit

In the book on Karma Vipaka. Lord Shiva teaches that the sin of destroying

the body (suicide) definitely leads to being born blind in the next life.

The reasons for this is that one is surely blind if they think that they can

run away from their karma...instead of atoning for it. Thus suicide is a

denite recipe for further suffering in the next life.

Suice is no justification in any condition. If you happen to know this girl,

then help her by contacting police etc. If the lady cannot stay with the

in-laws, then she should consider moving out of the house, that

contemplating suicide. Anyway, it is all that person's karma.

Whatever is the case, a suicide is not murder.

Please re-confirm the birth data as I am not getting Lagna or Moon in

Papakartari yoga.

This lady has already died during May 1995. This case has been

closed as suicide.

I was trying to understand from the chart if there are good

indications of suicide. Or, could it be murder?

Is Papakartari of Lagna or Moon is a must for suicide?
