Leo Lagna Jupiter/Venus Parivartan-Benefical or Malefic?

Dear All,

 

For Leo lagna ascedants, Jupiter is lord of 5th and 8th house, I am

wondering whats effect it has on a native, considering it's a lord of

one benefic and one malefic house. Secondly in same chart, (Leo lagna)

if there is a parivartan yoga between Venus-10th lord and 8th lord

Jupiter, Is it beneficial or malefic in nature for the native. For

your information and being fair, this is my chart.. For analysis, am

giving the details below. I had to change many jobs since my first

job, I guess that was because of venus in 8th, however its exalted. I

am confused and hope someone can help. I am currently in singapore and

work for a very large investment bank.
