Pranaam Sanjay ji

During Gayatri Japas - I do 'Om BhurBhuva.....Prachodayaat' - you said that

'R' is Agni Tattva so give emphasis to 'vaRenyam'. I feel that emphasis

gets shifted from one word to another - sometimes it is on 'Tat savitur',

sometimes on 'Swah' and sometimes shifts to 'Bhargo'. In all of these -

'Swah' & 'Bhargo' seem to invoke energy.

Sometimes, my left thumb gets parted with the Index finger (Gyan Mudra)

while japas. Is it ok? I gone through the Michael Mamas write up on

Surya/Ram Meditation and some of the Questions-Answers & suggestions are

very striking - like - loose the awareness and do not get tangled to

control the thought process - let it wander and slowly bring it back to the

mantra, be playful and calm, do not have bath just after japa...etc...

Thanks

Tushankur Saroha
