Dear Asha, This can be decided by your Ayurvedic Doctor. Please have a complete check-up you are advised to eat good food like ayurvedic. The ayurvedic food is extremely good. He can only give suggestions about your lifestyle. He can also give medicines for your any ailments. Do not forget to ask your Prkriti. A rough guess i can give you Small built- Vata Medium built - Pitta Large built - Kapha Again this is not accurate. Again there are lot of other fatcors that affect your doshas or body type. Best thing is to find out from your ayurvedic doctor.
