Smarting under all these, the Lord still showers his blessings on the devotees who fall at his feet in total devotion. This was revealed on the first day of the four-day Ashtamangala Devaprasnam at the Lord Ayyappa temple here on Friday.Led by astrologer Parappanangadi Unnikrishna Panicker and participated by a galaxy of around 20 astrologers from different parts of Kerala, the prasnam began around 11 am. On the first day, the scanning of the problems which plague the Devan (Lord Ayyappa) and the Devathas and people connected with him was done. Lord Ayyappa is not satisfied with the goings on at his abode at the Government level or with the Travancore Devaswom Board. All purity and sanctity, which are a must in pooja affairs, had vanished long ago. The Government, the Board, the priests, traders and all associated with the temple seem to have concern only for making money. All these categories extracted money from the poor devotees in different forms. The devotees are not provided with matching comforts or facilities. All these pain Ayyappa beyond measure. His patience and tolerance are being misunderstood by many as his weakness, but once he starts reacting, the results will be devastating. Dangerous signals are galore. Unless those concerned are abundantly cautious, meticulous and prepared to make amends, they are in for dire consequences and mishaps like untimely deaths, accidents and fires are sure to follow soon, may be within days. The saving grace found on the first day is that if things are properly done in a spirit of humility and unconditional surrender, the Lord's blessings will be beyond words. More specific and minute aspects of the problems already discussed on Friday will follow in the coming days.Better deal for devotees needed Monday June 19 2006 12:27 IST SABARIMALA: Definite conclusions on the maladies plaguing Lord Ayyappa and the devotees were made on the penultimate day of the four-day Ashtamangala Devaprasnam being held at the Sannidhanam here.A more humane and friendly approach towards the devotees is a must on the part of crowd-controllers, mainly the police. The embarrassment or agony of the devotees in getting a good darshan gets immediately transferred to the Lord.Ayyappa wants immediate restoration of his nearly 25-sq km Poonkavanam (forest area) comprising 18 hills, to its original status. The springs, rivers and mountains are his haunt. At any cost, the Travancore Devaswom Board should make it its own and do there whatever is comfortable to the Lord and His devotees in tune with temple traditions. If this is not done, about three-fourths of the area will go into the hands of undesirable people in 10 years. The power of the Lord is progressively ebbing away due to impure and unbecoming practices of all concerned, especially the priests. Now they are concerned only about their own welfare and none is bothered about the Lord. Unless these people unconditionally beg pardon before the Lord, He is going to take some drastic steps against them. If He is not totally satisfied with their regretful atonements, the erred people will inescapably face terrible consequences including serious accidents, deaths, diseases etc. Even before the pariharas (corrective measures) are completed, mishaps may happen. The Lord has become too familiar with the smell of liquor in his sanctum sanctorum. He has taken very serious note of some other unholy activities also like smoking and drug usage and even sexual activities near the temple. Those involved in these will surely be sacked from service, or from life itself in the immediate future. The Lord is totally dissatisfied with the treatment He had got, and is getting from the Pandalam Palace people.Misuse of the money collected in His name is deeply paining him. If palace members don't fall at his feet and beg pardon as a team, the whole family will disintegrate and will face a very pitiable future.Malikappurathamma who still smarts under the unrequited love she had towards the Lord wants a very simple temple where she can pray and dream, hoping against hope that a day will dawn when Ayyappa will marry her. She doesn't like any change in her environment. It is shocking that immoral activities take place in her temple precincts. The flyover leading to her temple may collapse resulting in human casualties. Many mishaps like this will happen before the end of the coming Makaravilakku season. All should be extremely cautious and pray to the Lord to avert all these.Annadanam for all devotees should be implemented immediately. Even if one devotee leaves this temple hungry, and in pain, the Lord cannot stand that and He will reject the food served to Him.The fact that a beautiful young woman had entered the sanctum sanctorum and touched the idol has been conclusively confirmed. But this cannot be publicised because that will hurt the innocent woman. Those behind this are in for indescribable sufferings. Like those who indulged in drinking and immoral activities. Guest guest
|| Om Gurave Namah ||Dear Jyotishas, It seems one of the indications seen from Ashtamangala is true. Read news below. Warm RegardsSanjay P Actress may face legal action Press Trust of India Thiruvananthapuram, June 29: With the controversy triggered by Kannada actress Jaimala's revelation that she had touched the idol of Lord Ayyappa at Sabarimala temple heating up, the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) hinted at the possibility of asking for a crime branch or judicial probe to bring out the truth. Adding a new dimension to the row, sources close to the temple 'Tantri' Kandararu Maheswaru, said they would consider legal action against Jaimala for reiterating her statement, while leading astrologer Parappanangadi Unnikrishnan, who recently conducted the 'Ashtamangalya Prasnam' at the shrine, said the astrological examination had brought out several inauspicious things in the conduct of rituals of the shrine. The TDB's meeting on July 7 will consider whether a crime branch or judicial probe was to be ordered and make suitable recommendation to the government, TDB Commissioner C G Sachithanandan said. Devaswom Minister G Sudhakaran said in the Assembly that the government did not intend to meddle with the traditions and customs of the shrine, including the question of allowing women in 10-50 age group to offer worship. It was for temple authorities to decide on such matters, he said. A spokesman of the temple Tantri said that since the issue involved disgracing of the shrine and the priests, they would also explore legal action to bring out the whole truth.
