New Principle/ Deducting Degrees from Planets and Midpoints - Is it possible Using JHora

Dear PVR Ji I am sending the scanned document of principle being applied in an old astrological magazine.Please apply this to many horoscopes how this theory work in lot of horoscope by you as i am not able to do it as there involves a lot of there involved lot of calcluation .So how can i use Jhora software to analysethis theory as this principle seems to be very very
