However, if you are using KP System, use KP Ayanamsa (old) as was suggested by the founder Prof. Krishnamurthy. 3. Coming to Raman's Ayanamsa, I used to wonder how could Dr. BV Raman give accurate predictions using his ayanamsa and why all other equally gifted people find it difficult to accept those values? Finally I got a small clue from a very experienced astrologer who has added a new interesting twist : He suggests to use Lahiri Ayanamsa for all planets except Moon and Raman's Ayanamsa to Moon. I have not tested this due to lack of time. However this only adds to the available variety.
