Yesterday one of my friend who is doing job as well as taking private tution, asked me one question

 

"when i will buy commerical space to run my tution classes?"

Dear Abhijit ji,My analysis is as follows.Place and time of Judgment:21/2/2009 7.52pm Salem (11n39 78e12)1.Is the chart Radical?

Asc-in Scorpio : 5 26 40Moon-Sat-Sub-Rah-MerMoon,lord of 9 (12 to10=loss to others property) is traveling in the star of Sun who is in 4. hence the question about buying of a property is reflected in the chart. So the chart is radical.

Cuspal Positions:

Asc-mars-Sat-Mer-mer

IV-Sat-Mars-Sun-Mer

XI-Mer-Sun-Ketu-Sat

XII-Ven-Rah-Rah-Ven

2. Whether his desire will be fulfilled ?XI th cuspal sub lord Ketu is traveling in the star of Saturn who is retrograde. As per KP, the 11th sub is in the star of a retrograde planet. the desire will not be fulfilled.

Any how let us have a detailed analysis on the other points also.Saturn ® who is lord of 3 and 4 posited in 10. 3 and 10 are negating the Property acquisition.

Further ketu is in the sub of Rahu who is also placed in 3.Also it closely conjoined with Mars (Lord of Property).Mars lord of 1 and 6. 6 is 12 to 7 (denotes loss to the other party). but its position in 3 is not favoring.

U r correct. The 4th CSL doesn't signify the 4th. But for 11

& 12 it is ok. Most of cases I have found that it is not necessary to

signify all the cusps as in rule to fructify a matter. At this moment too our

seniors are being discussing of the same facts.

Astro Secrets and KP

part 1, page 142 says, - For 4th house matters, the sub lord of the 4th should

be connected to houses - "To purchase a constructed house 4-6-9-1-12 If we follow this

rule exactly as it is, how many persons are eligible to by constructed house in

their life time? In my case I have considered about the Star lord of Ve too.

It is Me in the 3rd and in the Sub of Ju, the Sg/l where the Ve is.

Me, Ra, Ju, and Ma in

3 and Mo in 2 and Su in 4, all of these are in the house of Sa, the lord of 4.

Ke, who is in the Star of Sa signifies 4th and act as an

agent for.Me.

It is said to be "Wherever the Star Lord is posited the

planets conjoined with, give a clue"
