So rotate the chart for 7th cusp( 7th is taken as Lagna) Lagna falls at 24.20.10 in Leo, Moon in IVth house Saggitarius at 16.44.20 Moon in Jupiter sign-Venus Star-Moon sub Lagna in Sun sign-Venus star-Mercury sub Houses to be analysed 2,7,11 7th cuspal sublord Mercury® signifies 2,11,5 2nd cuspal sublord Saturn® signifies 1,6,7 11th cuspal sublord Saturn® signifies 1,6,7 (I have not taken sublord¢s starlord) Sublords of 2,7,11 are in retrogradation as on 24-1-2009 and on 1-2-2009. It is appx. 1/feb/2009 for USA where the native will get married if at he marries. ie., when Mercury becomes direct on 2nd Feb IST, it may be 1st Feb in USA only. Hope I am correct. In such case, mercury may be in Direct motion on 1st Feb 2009 as per his US time. I have calculated for the same RP time 9.23.13AM on 1-2-2009. In foreign countries, generally the marriages are celebrated in the evening. So it is possible for marriage on 1-2-2009. But however, it is being horary chart, the cuspal sublords are in retrogradation on the date of analysis, my answer is negative only. No marriage on the scheduled day 1-2-2009.
