In the tradition, each sign is taken as bhava irrespect of degree of lagna falls. Each sign/bhava is 30 degrees. The lagna position determines the fate of the person. The Rasi chart is called as D-1 chart. It gives general idea. For particular analysis like education, marriage, parents, children, fortune, etc. concerned divisional charts should be studied. Divisional charts are the subdivision of signs, signs contain stars. Hence prediction based on subdivision is already in vogue in traditional astrology and Nadi astrology. For preparing divisional charts, computer is a must. Many astrologers are in below poverty line and they cannot afford to purchase the computer. Further, sufficient literature are not available to give prediction based on divisional charts. The literature might have been destroyed or taken away from India by British and Muslim people before independence. Still some astrologers are giving prediction through divisional charts. Mr.B.V.Raman said that the KP chart is just like one of the divisional chart.
