In Horary, one speaks truth or lies? and Can we trust one?

Hi Seniors,

 

I humbly post herewith my doubts in the Horary analysis, in front of

our seniors.

 

1.When an Querent is asking " if she/he wants to know if her/his

Husband/Wife lies or speaks truth " !

 

2.In the same manner, another question " Can I trust him/her? " (..that

may be in any relationship..personal/official etc.,)

 

If a news heard is true or false , It has to be judged as per our

Guruji, with the 3rd CSubL, with its relation with which planet ! For

instance, if it is anyway related with Saturn, it is a false news; if

it is Mars ,it is just false Rumor and not true!, if is Jupiter " True "

likewise..

 

but in the above 2 questions, Whether one speaks truth/lies or one is

trust worthy?

 

Can our seniors help me in this which will be useful for all!

Dear Adith,

If,in any chart,Merc is in the star of Saturn who signifies XII,and is in the sub of Rahu or Kethu,connected with Merc in the IVth,such a person is the most untrustworthy...

Also,if the sub-lord of II,in any chart signifies VI & X...such a person is mostly a cheat...
