Concept of co-ownership ?

Dear all,

Do we have concept of ownerships of Cusps ?

For instance, though the 9th Cusp Aries may be owned by Mars, but suppose it begins from 18degrees , then do we after the end of 30 degrees consider Venus as the co-owner for the remaining degrees of the Cusp, of course considering the whole area as being the 9th Cusp only.

Or do we not look Venus as the Co-owner to influence the remaining area at all, but consider only Mars as the Owner of the whole area of the 9th Cusp.

I request only the Senior KP Astrologers to answer this , if they can, and not the students because do not wish to indulge in unnecessary exchanges.

I have read the books on Kp and their followers, so please let me have your individual opinions with KP or without KP. What do you feel and say ?

The whole house from one cusp to the next is owned by the lord of the sign in which the former cusp falls.

dear sir,
