1) If the cuspal sub lord of 10 be the significator of 3 or 10, the house can be sold off during the joint period of the significators of 3,5 and 10. (Mars is Karaka for building and Saturn for land. Ref; KP Reader VI page 177-180, "When will I sell my property? Good price or what?"; Nakshatra Chintamani by Chandrakant R. Bhatt page 121-123, "Selling the House")

2) Also to check 11CSL and it would be sure if 1CSL signification is also in line.

3) As our friend Lajmi ji used to say, if the KP is applied, it's to use the KP New Ayanamsa (2003).

4) Pl visit astrosage.com, click "KP System", then "KP New Ayanamsa Calulater" and for to-day (11/12/2008) it is 23:53;28.

5) NOT to add any sec to that 23:53;28 and just take it as KPNA; NOT to be confused with confusing here say to add how many seconds to the computerised KPNA.
