1.Raj Thackeray resigned from the party shiv sena in December 2005 after blaming Uddhav Thackeray and his companions for ruining the Shiv Sena.

2.He formed the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena in March 2006.

3.In February 2008, a row erupted in Mumbai after Thackeray's controversial remarks about the migrant population from the north Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the city.

4.Thackeray, along with Samajwadi Party leader Abu Asim Azmi, was arrested by the Mumbai Police on February 13, 2008 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.[4]

5. He was granted bail on the same day.

6.On 1 October 2008, a non-bailable arrest warrant was issued by a Bihar court against him for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Biharis.[10]

7. On 25 September 2008, Bombay High Court Justice J N Patel[11] compared Thackeray's actions to terrorism.

8. On 21 October 2008, Thackery was arrested on charges of rioting, which sparked further violent protests by MNS activists.[18] Later that day he was denied bail for the Dombivli-Kalyan case and was assigned to a two-week judicial custody.[19]

9.On 24 October 2008, Jagdish Prasad filed a murder charge against Thackeray for the death of his son, Pawan Kumar, during the railway exam riots. The death of Mr. Pawan Kumar turned out to be an accident as was evident from a video footage, made available later.

Re: details of Raj Thakare

Does every chart need rectification of the birth time? I wonder, what were the criteria that determined that Raj Thakeray¢s birth time needs rectification and that too, by 9 minutes?

Did anyone check out his Dasas and tried to match the Dasas with the events of his life and found that the DBAS do not tally with the events of his life and therefore the birth time needs to be rectified.

If Mr. Rao or any other member has done such an analysis, I request them to put it before the group so that other members can learn why the birth time needed to be rectified.
