Dear Balkrishna,

Your basic query was wrongly worded...it should have been..."when will my flat/house be ready for occupation"...The question "When will I get my key is therefore basically wrong,(as it does not arise),or it can be construed as being mischievous,or wrong info,depending upon whether the correct information was either deliberately or mistakenly with-held or not given...I did not suspect it as I took it on it's face-value...else I would have immediately checked for Mars or Sat's involvement,Mars for mischievous intent and Saturn for deliberate intemtion to mislead...

I have checked the horary horoscope,which I have fortunately saved ... and have to inform you that, the Ruling Planets at TOJ were as follows :

Asc St.Lord - Sun

Asc Signlord - Sat

Moon St.lord - Moon

Moon Signlord - Sat

Also,Moon is in Saturn's sign,conjoined with Rahu (rapt conjunction) and Neptune...Moon is aspected by Sat(VIth aspect)...

Any further comment is needless...the basic info was misleading to say the least...
