This gentleman says that he is going to vacate the house shortly everytime he meets me.but it appears that really he is not interested in vacating it. But he really wants to continue there in view of the nominal rent that is being charged. I am totally in a fix as I am losing heavily on the monetary side. I therefor request our experts to analyse this problem with special reference to the following: !) When is the tenant likely to vacate the house? 2) Will it be let out again? 3)Is it desirable to sell it or let it out? Your valuable advice and guidance will be highly appreciated.
