Assuming the birth time given as correct - The first SubLord is The Planet Sun signifying the 7th and the 10th house, but not the 3rd . The Sun itself is not strong enough to grant good results. The 3rd Cusp of communications is absent in this combination, and not having much promise anyway. The 10th SubLord is Venus which does not signify any promise for political success. Only The Planet Ravi can give him some push, but not good a push. He can just have ups and down and a insignificant career, but cannot become a Chief Minister. The Guru MD will end in 2011, and the Shani Md does not hold much promise. BTW there is NO exact TOB in the world standard astrology terminology but only rectified, AA, A, B etc because no body knows what is the exact TOB without a common agreement even for TOB defination. I wonder, what were the criteria that determined that Raj Thakeray¢s birth time needs rectification and that too, by 9 minutes? Did anyone check out his Dasas and tried to match the Dasas with the events of his life and found that the DBAS do not tally with the events of his life and therefore the birth time needs to be rectified. If Mr. Rao or any other member has done such an analysis, I request them to put it before the group so that other members can learn why the birth time needed to be rectified. Guest guest Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 Dear Sandeep, As per the Krishnamurthi Padhdhati method of Birth time Rectification ,the TOB is correct if the sub-lord of the Ascendant appears as the starlord of the Moon,in the rectified chart...and if the sub-sub lord of the Ascendant appears as the sub-lord of the Moon, the TOB is closest to the exact one... Kindly refer the excellent book "Astrosecrets & Krishnamuthi Padhdhati" Part II Pp 205-212, The chapter "Ascendant" by K.Subramaniam(s/o late Shri K.S.K ). It has been averred by in this book that this method is very accurate if the corrected TOB is + or - 25 minutes of the given TOB to be corrected... It has been the general observation that the TOB noted in most Nursing homes or the Obstetrician is usually not reliable,as they are very busy at the time of the delivery...also different people observe different times as the correct TOB... some hold that the appearance of the head is the correct time,others the time the head touching the ground or table is the correct time etc... BUT... as per K.P., the exact TOB is time of the first cry of the newborn,which is the time closest to the time the newborn begins to live...! I hope the matter is now very clear to you...that is the reason why I personally verify every Birth Time given to me for it's correctness,as advised by our late Guruji ... and if need be it should be corrected...for the most accurate results... during analysis... Different people have different definitions of the TOB... According to some,it is when the head is seen,some hold that when the child touches the "Dharti" (table)...others hold that when the umbilical chord is severed...etc...also, the doctors and dais are very busy cleaning the child soon after birth...and so on...but as per KSK the correct TOB is at the time the child takes it's first breath...i.e., when the child cries...for which he has to breath in first... It is very sad to note that you are exhibitting the symptoms of " clitching at any straw"... Is Dhanabalan an authority on K.P., greater than KSK himself ? Why don't you gracefully accept that you need to learn a lot more...and read more about K.P.... L.Y.Rao.
