It should be 24-7-1995 for NKPA 23-42-18 and 1965 is supposed to be typing error.

The boy concerned was born in the yearof 1965 as mentioned. Is that correct. If it is right he has already attained age of 43 years.Where comes the question of education now. Do you want to have a retrospective analysis? Kindly clerify.

That is why I am anxious about his studies & future.I fully agree with your views. Reg. I, my statement that there is no strong 6,8,12 signfns. what I meant was there was no Dasa periods of 6, 8, 12 was in the near future upto his College studies.You are correct in analysis of 6,8,12 signfrs. As you have said the present Dasa Rahu acting as Agent of Venus, will give the result of Venus, who is strong CSL of 8th cusp. also I was worrying about Rahu Dasa Mars Bhukthi as both are in 12/1 position, & it may spoil the studies. Your view is eencouraging. Reality: The Boy is doing well in his studies scoring good marks 90% average. He is good at Sience. As per your earlier views, the boy is interested only in computer science/Engg.line and not medical. Left to God to bestow him whatever in store for him. On re-examining your analysis of the boy's chart, against Sl. V of the attachment, it is stated tthat Mars CSL of 4th is connected to 4th only & not 9th. I have a doubt on this.

Can't we take Mars gets signification of 9th for 2 reasons: (1) Mars is in the star of Sun, who is in close conjunction

with Merc. within the orb permissible, who is 9th CSL strong with self strength. Hence Sun will give the result of Mercury's 9th (CSL of 9th) and Mars in turn will give the result of 9th thro' his star lord Sun; (2) This signfn. of Mars is considered fruitful by the sub lord of Mars Venus, who is also self strength planet. Thus Mars can be taken fruitful for both 4th & 9th, in my opinion. Kindly confirm whether I am correct of not.

From your argument, I understand that unless there is direct signfn of 9th & 11th, Mars cannot signify 9th and similarly Sun unless it has direct signfn.of 4th, 9,th & 11th, Sun cannot signify 4,9,11th. In stright analysis this is correct. I think that by conjunction rule also, the signfn.of house is decided by taking into a/c of conjunct planet's position and its signfns. . In this case, Sun by step 1 (4 step theory) becomes strong for 9th by conjunction with Merc.(within orb), a self strength planet. Mars thro Step 2 gets the signfn. of Sun's 9th signfn. Otherwise why there should be special conjunction rule. This is my actual doubt. This may kindly be clarified. Doubt No.2, it is repeatedly stressed that Sun, Mercury + and Mars do not signify 11th. My opinion is Sun thro his S/L Kethu +, who is in the sub of Rahu + strong CSL of 11th cusp; Mercury thro his star and sublord of Saturn signifies 11th by virtue of Sat. in the star of Jupiter lord of 2 and 11. Similarly Mars thro his S/L/ Venus who is also in thestar of Jupiter l/o 2 & 11, all the 3 get signifn.of 11th. So I feel that Mars gets 4th, 9th and 11th, Sun & Merc. signify 9th and 11th houses. This is as per KP Rule and also by 4 step rule. This may kindly be reexamined and I may be given authentic advice on both the doubts.
