Guest guest
Dear Sunil ji - I've a doubt regarding signification of Rahu/Ketu in 4step theory. Please clarify. I'm sorry if it has been discussed earlier in this forum and I missed. In one of your articles I found the below rule - Rahu/Ketu have been given more importance in KP. Prof. Krishnamurthi has said that Rahu/Ketu will first give results of the planet(s) conjoined, secondly the planet(s) aspecting them, next of their star lord and lastly that of the sign lord where they are stationed. In Four Step Theory, whenever Rahu/Ketu appear as star lord (i.e. on steps 2 and 4) similar results are experienced. If Rahu/Ketu are conjoined or aspected by any planet, the sign lord where Rahu/Ketu are deposited will not be effective in offering results. In some other place you mentioned - Rahu/Ketu offers results of its starlord when they are on 2nd and 4th step. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong - As per 4-Step Theory, if Rahu/Ketu appears as a planet or a sub-lord (step1 & step3), planets conjoined with Rahu/Ketu, aspecting Rahu/Ketu, and their (Rahu/Ketu's) sign lords - have to be considered. But if Rahu/Ketu appears to be star lords of a planet or a sub-lord (step2 & step4), planets conjoined with Rahu/Ketu, aspecting Rahu/Ketu, their (Rahu/Ketu's) star lords - have to be considered. In both the above cases, the cusps Rahu/Ketu are conjoing with and the cusps they (Rahu/Ketu) are aspecting, should also be considered as primary significations (just like other planets). Here I've a question - say for example Ketu is in 3rd (Please note: planets are present in Ketu's star), conjoins 4th cusp (within 3 deg orb) and it aspects 10th cusp; Ketu's sign lord Saturn is in 11th, owning empty houses 4th and 5th and Saturn conjoins Jupiter (no planets in star of Jupiter) which is in 11th cusp, owns 3rd and 6th cusp; Ketu's star lord is Moon, which is in 6th cusp, owning empty 10th cusp and conjoins 7th cusp, aspects 1st cusp and Mercury (which is in 12th, owning 9 & 12) As a planet (step 1 & 3), Ketu would signify as - Planet Ketu : 3 - 4P (cusp conj.) - 10P (cusp asp.); SgnL Saturn (11 - 4e - 5e) Conj. Jupiter (11P - 3 -6); As Ketu is primary significator of 4th and 10th by conjunction and aspect, do Saturn (11P-4eP-5eP) and Jupiter (11P) will act as primary significator too? i.e. in the first step, would Ketu primarily signify 4,10,11,4,5,11? Will it also signify the cusps AND planets conjuct/aspected by Saturn and Jupiter (if any within orb)? Say this Jupiter aspects 3rd cusp and Mars thru 9th aspect within orb of 3deg and Mars is in 7th cusp owning 2nd and 7th (both empty) - then will Ketu signify all these houses primarily? Upto what level we need to continue? As a star lord of another planet (step 2 & 4), Ketu would signify as - Star Lord Ketu : 3 - 4P (cusp conj.) - 10P (cusp asp.); StrL Moon (6 - 10e - 7P - 1P) Asp. Mercury (12 - 9 -12) i.e. Ketu signifies 4,10,6,10,7,1,12 - am I correct? As mentioned for step1 & 3, if Mercury conjoins Venus who is in 12th and owns 1st and 8th - should Venus be also considered? How far we need to go in this process? Please help me out. Thanks in advance! Regards & Best Wishes,ANTARIKSH
