Guest guest
Om Brihaspataye Namah Dear Guruvi, Namaste It could be. My grandfather (father's father) and my grandfather's brother both had problematic hearts. Grandfather had a heart attack but his death was caused by cancer instead. A warning to all smokers: My grandfather had throat cancer and had his throat operated on. For the rest of his life after the surgery he would breath through the hole in his neck and not through his nose. He also lost his voice completely. My grandfather was almost a chain smoker before the cancer. I just think it could be laziness. After doing karate for many years i just gave up- and with it all my exercises and katas etc. So I am very unfit- but intend to change my entire lifestyle soon!
