Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I have a copy of the paper, but I'd like to hear from the moderator if it'd be appropriate to post the paper and not infringe any copyright issues, although I am assuming it would not, since I received this copy from some public domain, I don't remember which one though. In case found appropriate, I'll post the paper, or send it individually if there are any file size restrictions in posting.
