Guest guest
In an earlier mail(couple of days back), Sanjay ji wrote graha shanti mantras for the dasa and antardasa lord were recited by the formula - in the number of years in dasa X 1000 (sahasrara nama). But, now, you have said 23000 shani manta. Is shani dasa 23 years? Is it not 19 yers ? And why shani shanti should be performed ? is Jup-Sat or Sat-Mer dasa sandhi is bad Or i misunderstood the conversation hency sohamsa , Ramadas Rao <ramadasrao> wrote: > > > om namo näräyaëäya > My Dear Ajith, > Which is important ? Guest guest
om namo näräyaëäya Dear Hency Ji, You are correct.Shani Dasa is 19 years. There is one Mantra Japa for Shani which we have to chant 19000 and that is : om präà préà prauà saù çanaiçcaräya namaù| But there is another Vedic Mantra which has to be chanted 23000 times.Normally I suggest the Vedic Mantra. This Mantra reads like this : asya çré çanaiçcara mantrasya sindhudvépa riñiù gäyatré chandaù çanaiçcaro devatä mama çanaiçcara anugraha präptyarthaà jape viniyogaù om çaà no devérabhéñöaya äpo bhavantu pétaye | çaàyorbhi sravantu naù|| Normally above Mantra is used in propitiation for Shani Graha. I hope this helps you. With Shri Hari Vaayu Naama Smarana, Ramadas Rao. hencyjoseph <hencyjoseph wrote: In an earlier mail(couple of days back), Sanjay ji wrote graha shanti mantras for the dasa and antardasa lord were recited by the formula - in the number of years in dasa X 1000 (sahasrara nama).
