Q1. Determine the predominating Tatwa in the Lagna of your chart. Lagna is Cancer. This is Jala Tatwa. Cancer Rasi influence the fluids in my body. Mars, the Agni Tatwa planet, owning a kendra and tirkona is in the lagna. Does this make Agni Tatwa more important than Jala Tatwa in the Lagna? 4th house is Libra, a Vayu Tatwa rasi. It influences my hearing and breathing. Jupiter the Akash tatwa planet is in it.Jupiter as 6th lord could affect my hearing and breathing. Mars has fourth aspect on Jupiter. 7th house is Capricorn, a Prithvi Tatwa rasi. Mooon is in the 7th house and aspects the Lagna. This cancels the debilitation of Mars and adds more Jala Tatwa to Lagna. Bones and other solid parts are influenced by Capricorn. Because Moon is there I might be prone to inflammatory diseases like Arthritis. 10th house is vacant. Jupiter aspects the 10th from Libra. 10th is in Agni Tatwa. Mars is debilitated. 10th house is Aries, Agni Tatwa which denotes energy and life force in my body. Mars is debilitated , retrograde and vargoththama. I am not physically very energetic. Jala tatwa is predominant in my Lagna. Paka lagna is Capricorn. It has Moon in it. Paka lagna is the seat of intelligence and Moon is karaka for mind. 4th from paka Lagna is Aries an Agni rasi 7th from Paka lagna is Cancer a jala rasi. 10th from Paka lagna is Libra with Jupiter. Paka Lagna is Chara, prithvi and with the jala planet in it mind is flexible and adaptable. Sun is in Sagittarius. Agni planet in Agni rasi. It has Mercury, Venus and ketu in it and aspected by Retrograde Saturn from Gemini. I do not know the significance of Sun Lagna apart from that it is the naisargika Atmakaraka. Q2.What is implied by the exaltation and debility of Rahu in Taurus and Scorpio respectively? Why is ketu not exalted for matters of longevity/. Rahu is materialistic which tries to bind us to karma and rebirth by generating desires. Taurus is the earthy materialistic sign ruled by Venus, the planet of pleasure and luxuries. So Rahu is exalted in Taurus . Rahu is debilitated in Scorpio, because Scorpio is ruled by Moksha karaka Ketu and Rahu can not express his nature in this sign. Ketu is not indicated in Ayur matters as Ketu does not support material existence. Ketu is Moksha karaka. Bodily existence is not Ketu,s portfolio. Q3.What do you understand by the terms Moolatrikona and Swakshetra of each of the planets? Swakshtra is planets own home. In own house planet is very comfortable and do only good. Moolatriknona is where he does his duties. Like a person who goes to office and do his duties. Sun and Moon has only one house each. They are king and Queen and have the privilege of working from home.Jupiter is the priest and his moolatrikona is Sagittarius - the temple. he is at home in Pisces. Saturn is the planet of masses. His moolatrikona is the sign of masses, Aquarius. Mercury's Moolatrikona is in the same compound. Is it because Mercury is a child ? Venu's moolatrikona is Libra.
