Lagna in D-60, D-24 and D-12 changes sign when the longitude crosses 2 deg 30 min. In my mail, I only explained why I thought it should be below 2:30 (which clashes with the D-60 lagna given by Sanjay). But I did not explain why the time should be 7:34 instead of 7:35. Actually, I am not sure why I thought it should be 7:34. It may be based on KCD or an annual chart. In any case, keep your mind open when you rectify.
