Guest guest
Jaya Jaganath! Dear Sarat, Q1. Answer- Sun is considered the king of all planets and the source of life.Sun represents the soul, the most important part of a being.Sun is narayana representing the paramatma. Sun is the cause of the movements of the other planets setting the karmic wheel in action. So Sun is given the over-lordship of the 12 signs. Cosmic energy which embraces everything in the universe in its imperceptible form is Maha Vishnu with satwa guna. This energy becomes four fold in the act of creation and preservation. From Maha Vishnu springs Brahma with Rajas guna (active creation). Then Sadasiva the destroyer in order to bring the soul back to the source, and Vasudeva/Krishna with all 3 gunas to evolve the soul in its journey. As the body of Vishnu is four fold the zodiac which represents the body of Vishnu is divided in to 4 quadrants and 3 trineswhich represents the 3 gunas. Zodiac is 360 degrees and divided in to 4*3, that is 12 portions represents the body of Vishnu. the beginning houses of the 4 quadrants are the 4 pillars representing Vishnu the Brahma, Siva and Vasudeva. !st house is Vishnu or totality or identity. 10thhouse is Brahma or action/rajas, 7th house is death or Siva the destroyer and 4th house is the house of Krishna or root of incarnation.Three gunas are represented by 120 degree angles showing theharmony of the 3 gunas in the horoscope. These gunas are what we bring from the actions or karma from our previous incarnation. The zodiac is divided in to 12 portions to represent the body of Vishnu or Kalapurusha. Q2. Answer- Nara is the incarnated portion of paramatma, which is jeevatma. Paramatma is Narayana which is all pervading as purush. The whole Bha chakra is narayana. Nara is the portion of paramatma bound with karma and becomes individual jeevatma which incarnates. All of Bha chakra represent Nara too. Viewing from Earth the 12 signs starting from Aries represent the 12 body parts of the Narayana and the individual person who is immersed in Maya.
