The actions we perform in this world in an effort to earn a living is

seen through Dasamsa or D10. The 7H or 7L in D10 if strong or aspected

or receiving argalas from benefics would indicate self-employment or

business. Whereas if the 6H or 6L is stronger and if 7H/7L receives

malefic aspect or if 6H/6L receives benefic aspect/argala would

indicate a service oriented job.

 

The planets/houses indicate the nature for example Venus could

indicate Cosmetic business among many other things.

 

There are some examples in Guruji's COVA which clearly explains it.
