You see Aries is in the 7th from Libra, and as I have said above, no Arudha may

fall into

the 7th from a sign. If it would fall there, then it is in the 4th from it. So

this is one

exception. And the ohter is that the Arudha should not fal into the same hose as

the sign.

Then it is in the 10th therefrom.

What are the conditions for forming the above two exceptions? If the lord of the

sign is

in the 4th or 10th from it, the Arudha would fall into the 7th. So we apply the

first

rule. If the lord of the sign is in the same sign or in the 7th from it, then

the Arudha

would fall into the same sign, so we shift ti to the 10th from it. Is this

clear? I

thought that there was some other exception.

And guess what is the reason for this exception with the lord of the sign in

Kendras from

it? Bacause the Kendras are called Vishnu-sthanas, and Vishnu (or Krishna) is

Satyam Param

Dhimahi. So this modifies the Arudha, as Vishnu may never fall into illusion.

Yours, Gauranga das
