If you divide a Narayana dasa into 3 equal parts, the first,

second and third parts will give the results of the sign, its

lord and its occupants (respectively).

 

For example, Rajiv Gandhi (birthdata is given below) ran Cancer's

Narayana dasa during Aug 1981-Aug 1992. Cancer is 12th from

lagna, 10th from ghati lagna (GL, power & authority) and 3rd from

AL. Being an upachaya from AL, it suggests growth of status.

Moreover, it is the 10th from GL. So the first part - which

should give the results of Cn - made him India's PM. Second part

- which should give the results of lord Moon - gave good results

too. Moon is in Leo and aspects GL. So he enjoyed power. Third

part - which should give the results of occupant Rahu - saw his

fall from power. His party lost in the elections. True to the

nature of Rahu, he engaged in machinations and brought down the

V.P. Singh government with the help of Chandrasekhar, who was

happy to split the party in exchange for the PM seat for a few

months. Rahu is a maraka (7th lord in 12th) and he was

assissainated in the same one-third.
