Sri B.V.Raman in his " My Experiances in Astrology " (I thnk around page 153) mentioned that Krishna Murthy paddathi is origanated from Sri Meena's books on Nadi astrology. Raman felt that Krishan Murthy must have given due credit to Meena instead of saying it is invented by him. Now, KP suggests that we ask the client to spell a number between 1-249. And depending on it, the Asc. (not Arudha Lagna) is fixed and the cusps are calculated for that Asc. This way, any astrologer trying the same question is bound to get same Asc, and may be slightly different planetary positions. Now, even with 108 number system, we do have a common Arudha. So, we have a common intervention by Jgannaatha by means of this number which fixes the Arudha, which is very important in answering. Please give you opinian on KP. Also, can we ask the client to spell some number between 1-108 if we do not have cowries or some thing like that. Asking the client will add similiarity between the different astrolger's attempt to answere the same question. Regards, Vijay. Talk to your friends online with Messenger. http://im.
