Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Lakshmi-ji, namaskar. Intelligence is the determining faculty and heart is the place where emotions are kept. These emotions are impressions that have arisen out of our prior experiences through the application of intelligence. Emotions alone are misleading in most cases and hence Swami Vivekananda has ordained us to apply and strengthen the intelligence and purify the emotions and not the reverse. Bhakti yoga deals with the purified emotions (which is akin to purified intelligence) and not any and every kind of emotions. The most purified intelligence is akin to Siva within us and Most purified emotion is akin to Parvati within us. If the determining faculty is strong (very strong Jupiter) the actions chosen will not be from the heart and hence have less possibility of being wrong (wrong means what binds us further). Hence Jupiter is not just an ordinary God but the Teacher of the Gods (within us) and strength of Jupiter determines actions even in adverse circumstances. Ra opposes Jupiter with his only weapon, namely, blinding desire. Does desire come from heart or from head? You can answer that yourself. You will not see a person with purified buddhi (strong Jupiter) and having a heart with wrong emotions. The bottom line is that the mere fact that Ra as AK has a bad/weak dispositor will not mean that the native can be a cheat, if strength of Ju doesn't allow it. Ak in fall having a weak dispositor means that the native will be hammered with situations and experiences that are so testing that the native cannot compete with them, unless Ju provides him with the necessary strength. The Strength of AK and his dispositor will always be for the good or betterment of the native, I am not denying that. Ju and Sun determines dharma or righteous action, no matter what the heart tells, if these two are in strength, the person cannot commit a serious wrong. It is my personal choice and advice not to openly discuss the charts of the great saints, atleast why they did this or that. I myself want to study them, but through prayers and meditation and alone and not through open discussions. But it is my personal choice. Please obey your guru's advice. Pranam to Sanjay-ji and you being his student, pranam to you, also.
