Difficult neighbour

Dear Sanjay ji,

Charlie initially wanted me to oversee

the building works for him (of which I can’t spare the time). Council plans

have been approved, but his difficult neighbour Jenny,

has objected to the full glass extension to part of his own garden which

borders her wall. This is the NE area where I have allocated his daily chants

to Lord Shiva and Gurumayi. The Northern sector of

this is allocated to his daily Tai Chi and the NW is a series of wooden panels,

one of which leads to his bedroom. The rest are fine as the refurbishments are

actually inside the flat.

Now new plans have to be re-done and

resubmitted to the Council. Can you please advice what can be done? I am enclosing Charlie’s chart for your

perusal.
