Aspects of a Yogakaraka who is also a natural malefic

Please provide your advice on the following questions.

 

1. It is said that a natural malefic (NM) disturbs the houses it

aspects. What happens when the NM is a yogakara for that chart ? For

example what will be the effect of Saturn being yogakaraka for Libra

lagna stationed in the 10th house in Cancer ?

 

2. When do Moon and Mercury become natural malefics. Some books say

that Krishna-paksha Moon and Badly associated mercury are malefics ?

Does " badly associated " mean aspected by natural malefics or does it

mean conjoined with natural malefics. I am a little confused here.

 

What is the most common opinion among astrologers about moon and

mercury turning malefics ?
