Guest guest
Om Brihaspataye Namah Dear Gurus and members, Namaste I offer my chart in this discussion: DOB: 1 February 1985 TOB: 12:14:40 PM (rectified) POB: Stanger, South Africa Some additional info: During my teenage years in high school 2000-2002 was a terrible time for me. I had a failed attempt at suicide (early 2002), I ended up seeing a psychiatrist who put me on anti-depressants and anti-schizo medication and I was living in a " dream like " horrible state. I started neglecting my studies and my life in general. I am a beginner student so here's my reasoning: Moon AK even though in exaltation is aspected by Saturn (occupying 8H) and aspected by a delibitated Jupiter. Causing stresses to the mind lots of worries etc. My belief is that suffering stems from the Mind, as since this is just a temporary body we are in, what comes as obstacles from God to make us stronger, can be perceived sometimes as suffering. And if I am correct, it is generally Saturn that gives us obstacles/sufferings. It was a bad time for me, and for some reason, during this time, i was attracted to Lord Narasimha. I prayed to Him and chanted Maha mantra alot and attended Kirtan and bhajan etc. I threw away my medication, i cut off all the bad people in my life and the depression went away. Now when I look back, I think it was only through the grace of Lord Narasimha that i survived the terrible ordeal! Jaya Narasimha deva!
