I am afraid that you are wrong.

If a sign is Movable sign, so is the seventh one from there.

If a sign is Fixed sign, so is the seventh one from there.

If a sign is Common sign, so is the seventh one from there.

 

Except for a common sign, no other sign aspects (sign aspects here)

the seventh from it.
