Is the sign of depression for a planet different from the sign of

debilitation?

 

Also, Phala Deepika gives that the moola trikona sign for Moon is

Taurus, and the moola trikona for all the other grahas is one of the

houses owned by them. Could you please explain why Moon is the only

graha to have this exeption?
