Let me try..

 

Sun's sign dispositor, Venus is in Lagna Kendra (Most powerful kendra) both

from Lagna and the Moon. There should be a strong Neechabhanga. The presence

of exalted Saturn made the neechabhanga moderate.. This may not result in the

neechabhanga rajayoga) The dispositor of Venus, i.e, Mercury is in 3rd from

the asdt. also Jupiter is in the 3rd.. Hence there is no cancellation of

debilitation of Venus. Thus neecha Venus also weaken the neechabhanga of Sun.
