Amavasya and Solar eclipse on the same day - Very rare event

Dear Members,

 

This year on October 3rd both Amavasya and Solar eclipse

will fall on the same day.This was happened in hundread years before

on 1905.Some part of India including Tamilnadu,Gujarat,Rajastan and

some more places this Solar eclipse is able to view.Is there any

significance of both Amavasya and Solar eclipse on the same day fall

and is there any particular remedy for that?

 

Note:For those having having Kala Sarpa Yoga and Kala Amirta Yoga

this day is a very special one for doing shanthi pariharam(remedies).
