Marriage Timing and Marriage Dosha

Respected Gurus,

 

How can one find out marriage timing?

They say for men, it is Shukra, and then lord of Lagna (Surya in my

horoscope) and lord of 7th house (shani for me)

 

All 3 are of medium strength for me and there is no Kuja dosha because

Kuja is in Makara.

 

Given these,

(1) Is there any reason or some other dosha that is delaying my marriage?

(2) When is my marriage likely to happen
