Though the native has not given DOB particulars, Should we not consider D-9, D-10...in such cases? Surya may not be in Libra in other divisional charts.. Does the Parivartna effects are felt only in respective Dasha periods and not life long? They behave friendly/associated for the limited periods? May be native is also keen to know it..
