Ketu being a spiritual planet will draw strength from its proximity to a benefic the Moon and also from Mars the Lord of Scorpio as Ketu's effect is sometimes compared to Mars. The effect of Ketu will also be stronger due to Ketu Dasa running. This seems to be an excellent time for doing spiritual work and taking very decisive action is this direction. I ask that members please comment and let me know if I am on the right track with this interpretation. If so, I hope this helps.
