Parameters for Birth date/time choice

Namaste learned members,

I know of a couple who are expecting and the woman is due sometime

in April/May. As she had a c-section for their first born, the doctor

had given a choice to come in any suitable day between 20 Apr 2006-5

May 2006 for delivery and now they are looking at good date for

electing the birth of their second child. In this context, my question

to the learned members is what parameters are to be considered and in

which order of priority, if we can choose a date and a two hour period

for the birth of a child. I'm looking purely from the perspective of a

good birth chart for the child without considering the charts of the

parents or elder borns. Also, do these parameters change if one knows

the sex of the child? In this case, they are expecting a baby girl.

Does such an election of birth date/time fall under the muhurtha kind

of principles? If so, do the following items take care of the same

a) Tithi - dwitiya, trutiya, panchami, sapthami, dasami, dwadasi,

pournami (prefer Sukla tithis over krishna tithis, if possible)

b) Nakshatra - Aswini, Punarvasu, Pushyami, Magha, Poorva/uttara

phalguni, Chitra, Swati, Poorva/Uttara Ashadha, Shravanam, Revathi

c) Vara/Weekday - Thursday, Monday, Friday and Wednesday

d) Lagna/Rasi - Mesha, Mithuna, Simha, Kanya, Tula, Dhanus and Meena.

e) Relative position of plantes w.r.t Lagna and Rasi

- Jupiter in Lagna or Kendra(10,7 or 4) or Kona(9 0r 5). If

possible, similarly well placed from Rasi

- Lagna lord in Lagna or Kendra or Kona. Well placed from Rasi, if

possible

- Venus in Lagna or Kendra or Kona, Well placed from Rasi if possible

- No grahas in dusthanas i.e. 6, 8 and 12 houses from Lagna/Rasi

- If grahas in dusthana cannot be avoided, choose rank malefics viz.

Mars/Sun in them? What are preferable house for Rahu/Ketu?

- Choose a possibility of benefic yOgas involving Jupiter or Lagna

lord or Venus with Mars, Moon, Sun.

- Avoid any worst malefic dOshas. What are these? Kuja dosha, Kala

sarpa dosha?!!

 

Would appreciate detailed feedback and techniques in choosing birth

date/time from gurujis and learned members
