Dear Sanjay ji and jyotisha,

Regarding Lesson 8 q 1, trying

to see the rationale for physical events from

the Moon and Moon's dasa, as per Jaimini's stanzas 4.1.1 to 4.1.21

etc. :

One point is that the implication

seems to be after the contest between Surya lagna and Lagna for physical

body, the

winner of that is Body or Deha. Then take a contest between Moon

and Deha for each part of the body.

My stay in hospital was result of ingestion

of an unnatural psychotropic substance and thus should involve second house

from Moon or Deha, whichever is stronger. Surya lagna in my chart

is Deha. Second from Surya lagna has Saturn.

But second from Chandra Lagna has Jupiter and is stronger. In

Jupiter dasa

second house physical result occurred, which had profound spiritual

repercussions (Jupiter is AK). Antardasa was Moon itself

in the Rahu-Ketu axis (Rahu also aspects Jupiter by sign sight) for

life-threatening and life-changing events.

If lagna is ideals and mental

attitudes, lagna's dasha was lagna lord Ketu itself in twelfth of research

into moksha-related

fields. And this was why no conventional career seemed germane.

Antardasa Jupiter is AK and again gave lack of boundaries and search for

(only) ultimate knowledge.

Regarding Lesson 8 quest. 4, sorry to have used wrong birth information.

Time of joining spiritual organization

shown by Jupiter dasa, Jupiter on 12th cusp, trining

A9 and A5, sthira karaka of teacher, and in D-9 deha of Ketu in 8th.

Organization should be Vaishnava because of Mercury in swamsa

and related to Shri Krishna because of Moon in ninth in

D-9. Mars and Rahu trine AK Venus in D-9 gives powerful mantras.

Subperiod should be Sun as Sun is more powerful than

AK Venus but associated with it. Sun is BK, showing the teacher,

and in a raj yoga with Mercury. Venus gives the desire as

11th lord but Sun gives the fulfillment. In D-9 Sun is in fifth,

Venus in sixth. Sun in 12th from AK gives the encounter with the

divine. In D-20 Sun is in lagna, Venus in second.

Age is 21.1 to 21.9.

Q2: These Kshema, Utpanna, and Adhana dashas are a part of Tara

Dashas that is incorporated into Vimsottari

Dasa. They are figured using the Moon's nakshatra balance and

in the stars counted from the Moon. The Moon

or Manas stole the shakti from Jupiter, the guru of the Vimsottari

Dasa. The Moon and Tara conceived a child Budha who

gives the apara vidya. These Tara stars show things through their

measurements which otherwise would be unknown.

After some disturbance and resistance, Jupiter finally acknowledges

and adopts their import, and they work together with

Vimsottari dasas.

My question

is, what does Utpanna mean? Does Adhana mean No Wealth and if so

why does the Mitra star, the 8th

Tara, get that name?

Q3: Using chart of John F Kennedy Jr (see in following post)

Primary Dasa: Lagna stronger than Moon, 4 planets in kendras,

choose TARA DASA.

Order of Dasa: strongest in kendras: Ke, associated

with 2 planets and higher longitude., Mo, Ra (gets Merc drishti), Sun

Panapharas by longitude:

Sa, Ve, Jp Ma (or should Jup come first because

in own moolatrikona??)

Events: father assassinated 22/11/1963 in Moon/Rahu

mother died

19/5/1994 in Ra/Jp

wife and self died 16/7/1999 in Sun/Sa

Explanation: father's death in Moon/Rahu: Moon is L of 9th

from Sun and represents body of father.

Moon afflicted by Ketu and in 4th--end of matter from Sun. Moon in

3rd from sthira karaka of father, Venus.

Moon in maraka 7th from A9 in lagna.

In D-12 Moon is hemmed by Sun and Mars.

Mars is in Aries, sammukh rasi of Scorpio 9th

(Note: tithi at father's death was Saturn, which is in 5th from sammukh

rasi of father's lagna) (PS I am using tithis just for own practice though

they are not part of lesson)

In D-12 Moon afflicted by Ra and is in maraka 7th from A-9

Ra in rasi afflicts A9, 9th from Sun, and has papargala and graha/rashi

drishti on 9th house.

Ra in D-12 lagna afflicting 9th

mother's death in Ra/Jp: Ra gives graha drishti and makes slow-acting

bandhana yoga on Moon, sthira karaka

of mother, and 4L Ke. Mother died of cancer, affecting brain.

For mother Moon-Ketu is stronger than Deha Sun so

competition for strongest first shows Moon-Ketu as head/brain for mother.

Moon-Ketu are also in A4.

In D-12: Ra afflicts Moon, 4th from Moon, 4th from lagna. Ra/Jup

make bandhana yoga on A4

Jup in third from sthira karaka of mother, Moon, with Rahu

Tithi on date of death: Sun which is in 9th from D-12 4H.

death of wife, self in Su/Sat: Sun is sthira atmakaraka and lagna

lord that is also deha of Rahu in first. Sun in 4th,

end of matter, watery grave, receives argala from separative Saturn

and 12th L Moon with violent Ketu. Sun is in Arudh

Lagna and so all these separative influences hit both lagna and AL

AL is also A6. Sun is hemmed between Mercury, deha of

Mars, and Saturn, violent 6th lord with 8th lord and Rudra Jup.

At death Sun was transitiing Mrityupada.

Moon is DK and gets argala from maraka rudra Jupiter, 7th lord bhadakadhipati

Venus and Saturn.

In D-9: Evils for self: Sun, naisargik atmakaraka, is

12th L in lagna with maraka lord Venus deha of Saturn.

Venus is Rudra for self. Sun and rudra db Venus are associated

with violent 6th lord, accident--sthirakaraka Rahu.

Evil for spouse: Sun is 6L in maraka 7th with 12th L Rahu and 8th

L Venus db. Venus is deha of

11L Saturn. Bhadaka Mercury is in lagna receiving drishtis of

Sun. Sat has argala from/obstructs DK db Moon.

Tithi at death of wife and self: Jupiter. D-1 for self:

Jupiter in own moolatrikona is strongest planet in 5th

from D-1 lagna. (Could she have been pregnant because Jup is

naisargik and chara PK in own sign in 5th? In D-9 exalted

Jup is 7 lord in 5th from 7th. No, because Jup is saptamsa lord

and gets no argala from Sun, dasa lord. D-1 Jup's jiva is

barren Ketu.)

For spouse death tithi Jup is in 9th from DK Moon.

Q4 Planets in 2/7 negate the 8th, the house of ayush, longevity,

vitality, rebirth, and the 8th from the 8th, the 3rd. Thus they

are called killers. For JFK Jr death of wife occurred with antardasa

lord Saturn, which is 7th lord. For Carolyn dasa lord Sun

is in 7th from 7th in D-9.

Parasara's remedies

for this (and all afflictions) include: Mantra, havana, making offerings

and doing seva, japa with

devotion, feeding the congregation of the devout. Many

details are given and great learning is required to distinguish the

appropriate ones for each affliction.

Q5 Moon is karaka for infancy and so its strength

is necessary for survival through infancy. Balarishta is premature

death

up to age 8, yogarishta is from age 8 to 20,

Poorna Ayus is long life , 72-108; madhya ayus is middle life, 36-72 years,

alpa

ayus is 0-36 years.

Q 6 Nehru:

a) death of wife in Sun-Merc:

Sun is deha of 7L Saturn in 8th from 7th. Sun is in bhadakasthana

11th from 7th. Sun is in 0 degrees. Sun is jiva of

Mars which sits in 8th from UL. Sun's jiva is Jup, 12L from 7th.

In D-9 Sun, maraka for 7th house, is in 7th and is charaGK afflicted by

Sat, a maraka and 8th lord for the 7th.

Merc is deha of Rahu in 6th from 7th house. Rahu is jiva of Merc.

Rahu in 12th from DK Moon.

In D-9 db Merc gets double drishtis from Mars, Moon , Venus.

tithi at death: Sat conjoins Ketu, lord of 9th Scor from sammukh

Pisces of paka lagna/naisargik spouse karaka

Sagittarius.

b) death of father Ve-Me:

Venus is sthira karaka of father in 8th from 9th with maraka Mer.

Mer is exalted Rahu deha.

In D-12 Ve again sthira karaka of father is L of 12th and 7th from

9th in maraka 2nd from 9th with 9 L. Ma

receiving double drishtis of 9th H maraka Jup.

Mer in D-12 is father's 8L in 6th.

tithi at death: Merc in D-12 in 5th from father's paka lagna/sthira

lagna/charaPitK

c) marriage Ve/Su

Venus jiva of naisargik spouse karaka Jup. Ven's jiva is UL lord

exalted Rahu, and Venus has argala on it and

receives graha drishti of Rahu.

Sun chara DK is in star of naisargik spouse karaka Jup. Sun has rashi

drishti and argala on 7H and on Venus.

D-9: Sun is deha of sthira karaka of spouse in 7th H. Sun conjunct

navamsa lagnesh and marriage provider Ketu.

Sun is chara DK in chara rasi.

Ven in D-9: naisargik spouse karaka with 7L Moon.

tithi at marriage: Jupiter in 10th from dharmic 9th (?)

In D-9 Jup is 10th from sammukh of UL

In D-1 Sun tr opp sammukh of UL; Sun tr in 7H

d) birth of Indira while

he was in jail Ve/Mo

Checking which is the strongest fifth house in rashi, 5th from lagna, 5th

from AL, or 5th from Jupiter, strongest is Leo with Sat, female planet,

and lord of Leo is Sun in female sign. Venus dasha has argala on

Leo. Venus associates with the deha of Putrakarak Mars. Venus

is the jiva of naisargik putrakaraka Jup.

In D-7 Venus is 5th lord in parivartana with Mars. From its

pv house it makes rashi drishti on own house and has argala on D-7

lagnesh Mercury from five rashis away. Venus is lord of D-7 AL

Venus is paka lagna of eldest daughter and is in female sign.

Venus's placement in Taurus with Sun and Moon through pv shows elevation

of daughter to royal status.

In D-1 Antardashesh Moon is in parivartana with Venus, showing a change

of status in this period. Venus's relevance to birth we have seen.

Moon is in bhandana yog and shows him in jail. In D-7

Moon after the exchange of houses is in the daughter's paka lagna,

besides being powerful in own sign in lagna of rasi chart.

Moon with Sun and Mars shows the daughter's power and influence, and

Indira's chart also has important parivartanas.

Moon is chara atmakaraka and in planetary cabinet represents

the queen.

Tithi

at birth is Ven, ultimate dispositor of 10th from paka lagna of child

(Aquar dispos by Rahu dispos by Sun dispos by Ven)

e) death of Nehru: Ra/Me

Rahu is Rudra.

Rahu is in 3rd from AL. Rahu obstructs lagna and lagnesh Moon and

is in 8th from Sun. Rahu itself is afflicted by Mars and 6L Jupiter

which is turned violent through exalted Ketu's association . Rahu

exalted in air sign suggests breathing problems. In D-11 Rahu is

in 8th from AL and aspected by Rudra Venus.

Mercury: Its jiva is Rahu.

Merc associates with 11 L Venus and is deha of AL lord Mars. Mercury

is in bhandana yoga.

In D-11 Merc is lagnesh in 8th house afflicted by Mars from 6th and

getting papargala of Rahu.

tithi: Sun in fifth from lagna

f)

illness starting Ra-Sat

Rahu's

problems have been shown. Rahu in 12th is for illness. In D-30

Rahu also is in 12th debilitated along with Saturn and two other planets.

In Sanjay ji's Saptamsa article it says "Saturn placed in such a place

is not good as it delays the recovery from diseases, makes the effect of

the mantra nil due to mistakes or "NOT WORSHIPPING GANESHJI" BEFORE STARTING

a mantra can render it useless unless Guru is very strong (note:

here Guru is own sign but overwhelmed by

other afflictions)." So illness began in Sat antardasa which

is also D-30 lagnesh. Saturn in D-1 is double maraka and has papargala

on lagna/lagnesh/deha. Rahu is naisargik karaka of poisons and betrayers;

Saturn is sthira karaka of the masses who no longer seemed in support.

Q 7 death of

husband

Venus dasha : Venus is retrograde naisargik karaka of spouse.

Venus is jiva of 8th lord from spouse Saturn and is in star of Moon,

maraka for spouse. Saturn also afflicts 2nd from UL. Venus

associates with another maraka for spouse, db Jupiter, the bhadaka lord

for spouse. Venus has mutual argala with afflicted charadaraka Moon.

In navamsa

Venus is in nidhanamsa with argalas from 8th lord and Rudra for spouse

Moon, Saturn and Mars. Venus is in maraka 7th from UL.

Rahu antara

is afflicting charaDK and 7th house and 7th lord and UL lord. Rahu's

deha is Jup, bhadakadhipati for 7th house. In D-9 & l and Mercury

are in bhadaka/maraka from 7th house. Rahu is in 6th from dasha lord

Venus and puts graha drishti on Moon, the DK. Antara lord can be

read from the moon, dasha lord from Sun, and pratyantar dasa lord from

lagna. Pratyantar Venus is in the8th house in navamsa and rasi both,

a difficult position.
